M.O.R.E. SESSION IN NESSEBAR: THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS CHANGE
📍 November 5th, TIGER GYM – Nessebar
What the workout is about
The idea behind M.O.R.E. Sessions is simple yet powerful: to give beginners a proper starting point — knowledge, confidence, and a real action plan.
The workout began with a brief introduction by Kiril Tanev, who explained:
- How to warm up properly and why it's the key to an injury-free start;
- What "beginner workout" means – not weights, but technique, breathing, and awareness;
- How to determine the appropriate frequency and duration of workouts according to one's fitness level;
- What to eat before and after a workout to aid recovery.

💪 Practical part – basic movements, real energy
After the brief theory, participants engaged in a series of functional exercises. The focus was on control, coordination, proper technique, breathing, and posture.
The program included:
- Muscle activation through dynamic warm-up;
- Basic movements such as bench press, back exercises, squats, crunches, and stabilization exercises;
- Teamwork – partner exercises that build a sense of community;
- Finishing round with low to moderate intensity, suitable for all levels.
Kiril emphasized that it's not about how hard you train, but how consciously. That's why M.O.R.E. Sessions focus not only on movement but also on mindset, focus, and energy, which build lasting change.

Nutrition and recovery
After the workout, a brief discussion about nutrition for beginners followed. The main guidelines were:
- Not to pursue extremes and "miracle diets";
- To ensure sufficient protein and water intake;
- To avoid excessive hunger and to think about recovery – sleep, electrolytes, protein, movement during the day.
Kiril also shared some personal principles from the M.O.R.E. system, which are applied in his workouts and consultations.

Community and mission
"This initiative is not just a workout – it's a community," Kiril shared at the end of the session. "Everyone here has taken the first step. Our goal is to provide knowledge, confidence, and direction."
After the event, participants stayed in the gym to train, ask questions, and take pictures with the team. The energy was more than palpable – proof that motivation comes from the environment you believe in.
