These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between KT Consult Ltd, operator of the online store GetMorePower.bg, on the one hand, and every user, customer or visitor of the site, on the other hand.

By using the site, browsing products, placing an order or completing a purchase, the user declares that they have read these Terms & Conditions, understand them and accept them.

KT Consult Ltd carries out trade through an online store, offering food supplements, functional foods, sports products, cosmetics, accessories, digital products and other goods or services described on the site.

2. Scope of the Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the site, placing orders, payment, delivery, returns, complaints, withdrawal from a distance contract, protection of personal data and other relations between the trader and users.

GetMorePower.bg reserves the right to update, supplement or amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to changes in legislation, business processes, payment methods, delivery or the services offered through the site.

3. Nature of the Site and Products

GetMorePower.bg is an online platform for the sale of food supplements, functional foods, sports products, cosmetics, accessories, programmes and other products related to sport, a healthy lifestyle, recovery, nutrition and personal care.

The information on the site is of an informational and commercial nature. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a substitute for consultation with a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or other qualified specialist.

Food supplements are not medicinal products and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The user should observe the recommended daily intake, the label instructions and the manufacturer's warnings.

5. Orders

After finalising the order, the user receives confirmation at the specified email or phone, where such functionality is active. The confirmation certifies that the order has been received in the system but does not automatically guarantee the availability of all products.

In the event that a product is out of stock, incorrectly described, contains a technical pricing error or cannot be delivered, GetMorePower.bg is entitled to contact the customer for clarification, replacement, partial fulfilment or cancellation of the order.

6. Prices

All prices on the site are stated in euros and/or their lev equivalent, where displayed. Prices include VAT where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The delivery cost, if charged, is displayed before the order is finalised or is determined according to the chosen delivery method, courier, address, office, locker or country of delivery.

GetMorePower.bg is entitled to change prices, promotions, discounts, gifts and the terms of offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted, except in the case of an obvious technical error.

7. Promotions, Discounts, Gifts and Codes

GetMorePower.bg may offer promotions, bundle offers, discounts, gifts, free delivery, discount codes, loyalty mechanics or other commercial campaigns.

The conditions of each promotion are stated on the site, in promotional materials or in the description of the specific campaign. Promotions may be limited by time, quantity, product categories, minimum order value or other conditions.

Gifts with orders are provided upon fulfilment of the specific conditions of the campaign and while stocks last. When returning an order to which a gift was provided, the customer should also return the gift in an unused and preserved condition, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Payment Methods

GetMorePower.bg may offer one or more of the following payment methods:

• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay;
• Cash on delivery, where available for the relevant delivery;
• Bank transfer;
• Other methods active during the ordering process.

When paying by card or digital wallet, the payment is processed through an external payment operator. GetMorePower.bg does not store full bank card details.

When paying by bank transfer, the order may be processed after the amount is received in the trader's account, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out through courier companies or other logistics partners selected by GetMorePower.bg or by the customer when finalising the order.

Possible delivery methods may include delivery to an address, delivery to a courier office, delivery to a locker/box or other options where available on the site.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on product availability, the delivery address, the courier company, working days, holidays, workload and other external factors.

The customer is obliged to provide accurate delivery details: name, phone, address, office/locker, locality and other necessary information. GetMorePower.bg is not liable for delay or failed delivery due to incorrect data provided by the customer.

In the case of refusal to receive, an unclaimed parcel or impossibility of delivery through the customer's fault, GetMorePower.bg is entitled to charge the costs of delivery, return or re-shipment.

10. Inspection on Delivery

Upon receiving the parcel, the customer should check the external appearance of the packaging. In the case of visible damage, missing products or suspected compromised integrity, the customer should notify the courier and contact GetMorePower.bg as soon as possible.

In the event of a problem with the parcel, it is recommended that the customer take photographs of the packaging, the label, the contents and any damage, so that the case can be processed more quickly.

11. Right of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason and without owing a penalty, except for the costs provided for by law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify GetMorePower.bg by a clear statement, sent by email or another durable medium, before the expiry of the 14-day period.

After declaring withdrawal, the consumer should return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which they notified the trader of their withdrawal.

Returned products must be in their original, unused, unaltered and saleable condition, with the original packaging, labels, accessories, gifts and documents, where these were provided.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is an error by GetMorePower.bg, a defective product, an incorrectly shipped product or another reason for which the trader is responsible.

12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply or may be limited in the cases provided for by law, including but not limited to:

• For goods that are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery, where for reasons related to health protection or hygiene they cannot be returned;
• For food supplements, functional foods, cosmetics or personal care products with compromised packaging, an opened cap, removed protective film or signs of use;
• For goods that may quickly perish or have a short shelf life;
• For individually made, personalised or specially ordered products;
• For digital content, programmes, regimes, e-books or online materials, where performance has begun with the customer's express consent and they have confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal once access is provided;
• For services that have been fully performed with the customer's express prior consent.

Opened food supplements, opened functional foods, unsealed cosmetics, used accessories or products with compromised saleable integrity cannot be returned where this conflicts with health, hygiene or legal requirements.

13. Refunds

In the case of a validly exercised right of withdrawal and after receiving and inspecting the returned products, GetMorePower.bg refunds the amount due in accordance with applicable legislation.

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, where this is technically possible, or in another way agreed with the customer.

GetMorePower.bg is entitled to withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until proof is presented that the goods have been sent back, whichever of the two events occurs first.

If the returned product is used, damaged, has compromised packaging, missing parts, a missing gift or reduced value through the customer's fault, GetMorePower.bg is entitled to deduct the corresponding value or refuse to accept the return, where the law permits this.

14. Complaints

The consumer has the right to lodge a complaint in the case of non-conformity, defect, a missing product, an incorrectly shipped product or another problem with the order.

A complaint may be submitted by email to office@mhnutrition.eu or through another contact channel listed on the site. For faster processing, the customer should provide the order number, name, phone, a description of the problem and photographs, where applicable.

In the case of a justified complaint, GetMorePower.bg may offer a replacement, repair, proportionate price reduction, refund or another solution in accordance with applicable legislation.

Complaints regarding missing, incorrectly shipped or damaged products should be submitted as soon as possible after receiving the parcel.

15. Statutory Guarantee and Conformity of Goods

For goods to which it applies, the consumer has rights arising from the statutory guarantee of conformity of the goods with the contract of sale.

For food supplements, functional foods, cosmetics and other products with a shelf life, the applicable time limits, storage conditions, batch numbers and the manufacturer's instructions apply. The customer should store the products according to the label and instructions.

GetMorePower.bg is not liable for improper use, failure to observe the recommended intake, improper storage, use after the expiry of the shelf life or use that disregards the manufacturer's warnings.

16. Digital Products, Programmes and Consultations

GetMorePower.bg may offer digital products, training programmes, nutrition regimes, e-books, online materials, consultations or other information services.

These materials are of an informational and educational nature. They do not constitute medical advice, individual diagnosis or treatment, unless an individual service has been expressly agreed with the relevant specialist.

When purchasing digital content, the customer may lose their right of withdrawal once access is provided, if they have given express prior consent to immediate performance and have confirmed that they understand the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The customer is not entitled to copy, resell, publish, distribute or provide digital products, regimes, programmes or materials to third parties without written permission from KT Consult Ltd.
