Recent reports of serious incidents after taking weight loss products once again show: there are no magic pills. As someone with 20+ years of experience in nutrition and supplementation, I unequivocally state: do not fall for aggressive ads, do not buy "cheap super promotions" and do not take products of dubious origin.

What does "legal" food supplement mean in Bulgaria
By law, every food supplement on the Bulgarian market is subject to notification/registration and its label must clearly and visibly contain a registration number. Products without such designation are risky.
