Healthy dessert with MHN Whey Protein

• 3 eggs
• 3-4 tablespoons skyr
• 2-3 tablespoons cocoa
• 4 dates
• 2 tablespoons spelt flour
• 2-3 teaspoons hazelnut tahini
• Baking soda, stevia, vanilla, orange zest

Ingredients for the cream:
• 1 scoop MHN Whey Protein (chocolate)
• 1 container skyr
• 1 packet gelatin
• 2 bananas
• 1 orange
• 30 grams nuts for sprinkling

Preparation method:
1. Preparing the base:
• Beat the eggs with the skyr and cocoa.
• Add the dates, tahini, and spelt flour.
• Add the baking soda, stevia, vanilla, and orange zest.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
2. Preparing the cream:
• Dissolve the gelatin according to the package instructions.
• Mix the MHN Whey Protein with the skyr and add the mashed bananas.
• Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well.
• Spread the cream over the cooled base.
3. Decoration:
• Decorate with orange slices and sprinkle with nuts.
• Refrigerate for several hours to set.
