Instructions for use

• 1 sachet (26.75 g) dissolved in 250 ml of water
• Consume 30–40 minutes before warm-up, along with 2 NewCaff™ capsules
• For athletes under 65 kg: half a sachet dose + 1 NewCaff™ capsule is sufficient
• For long workouts (over 150 minutes): half a dose before training + half a dose 60 minutes after the first dose
